Basic Membership

Hardware Monitoring
Endpoint installed on device allows us to check your computer (or mobile device) health. With this we can detect, early, failing hard drives and save data before it fails. We can also check things such as performance and see what can be causing slow downs.
Anti-Virus Software + Monitoring
With this feature we can scan your computer for viruses, remove them, and prevent them from getting there in the first place. All behind the scenes- without disturbing your workflow. ($40 value!)
Windows Updates Management
Windows updates can get messy, with this service we can schedule updates, run them as needed, and help keep you updated against security risks.
Monthly Reports
You'll get an (optional) monthly report outlining everything from virus removals to hardware health. Summarizing the overall health of your devices and work completed on our end.
Monthly Online Lessons
As a member you get free, exclusive, access to our monthly online lesson. Respond to our emails once a month to provide your input on potential subjects for the lesson. Interact with our presenter, asking questions during the live lesson, and get sent a recording when it's done! ($85 value)
Member-Only Support Hours
As a member you get exclusive access to remote (phone and remote access) after-hour support, from 5pm-10pm, Monday through Friday. Your free remote support session can be used during this time, and your hourly rate discount is automatically added for any charged time. This time period will not be charged at the after-hour/emergency rate, and instead is charged at the regular hourly rate.
Instant Remote Access for Support
A button is added to your computer allowing us access to your computer immediately, if given permission. This reduces the time it takes to set up remote access. Less downtime for you!
Referral Program
As a member you can earn free months by referring your friends and family to sign up. If someone you refer signs up for any of our membership plans, you will receive one free month of your current membership. We appreciate your business and trust!

F.A.Q.
How does billing work?
Charges start on the day you sign up, and will recur every month from that date. Upgrade to a higher tier mid-cycle will be pro-rated. Add-on devices and services are charged every month and are not one-time fees. Cancellations must be emailed in to cancellations@tekists.com, and require a 30-days notice.
Referral Program Details
Clients can get one month free of their current membership plan when someone they refer signs up for any tier of membership. The free month will apply to the next bill date.
How is the membership setup?
Monitoring and Backup services require a set up appointment. This must be scheduled with at technician. This appointment will be done remotely, and afterwards you will be walked through your client portal that will allow you to access your billing information, work orders, and more.

Add-Ons can be added to your plan via a request to our customer service email or number. Add-Ons are charged monthly along with your regular membership. Cancellations require the same 30 days notice via email to cancellations@tekists.com.
